Registering is free and easy. All that is required is that you live in Canada and prove you are over the age of 19 upon registering. You can register here
Only customers who live in Canada and are over the age of 19 are eligible to order through our site. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Unfortunately we only ship within Canada.
If you would like to add or edit your order, you'll need to place a new order and your original order will cancel automatically if left unpaid after three days.
If you are having trouble receiving emails from us, check your junk folder as it may have gone there. Otherwise email us at and we will look more into the matter.
1. Select the products you are interested in ordering.
2. Choose your quantity and click "Add to cart.
3. When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page.
4. Check to see if everything looks right. If you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
5. In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you.
6. Once you've filled in all the required fields, click "Place Order".
7. On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.
8. Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We'll email your tracking number as soon as available.

Payment & Fees

Payment is made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Payment instructions will be provided on the order confirmation page after checkout.
Payment details are found on the order confirmation page after you have placed your order. Please keep a copy for your records or screen shot the page so you know where to send payment.
All orders are placed "on hold" until payment has been accepted and your age has been verified (19+).
Please give us a day to accept Interac e-transfers. However, if you are sending payment over the weekend please allow until Monday morning for your e-transfer to be accepted. If Monday is a holiday then please allow until Tuesday. It also may be the case that your e-transfer was not accepted because your bank blocked the transfer. In this case you need to contact the bank to verify the transfer so that we can accept payment and begin processing your order. Please also ensure you send payment to the correct e-mail address by copying and pasting the e-mail address on the order confirmation page.
Shipping and handling on orders under $99 will be subject to a $10 fee. Orders over $99 will be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Info

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will contact our shipping carrier. They will conduct an investigation (which can take 5-7 business days) to try and locate your package.
Please allow for 3-5 business days. If you haven't paid for your order yet, it will remain ON HOLD until we receive payment. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors. Other terms and conditions apply.
Unfortunately, we experience a much higher % of postal thefts and confiscated packages when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario, Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Norway House, therefore we cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost, stolen, or confiscated.
